Teresa Cowart Let me take a moment to welcome you to Coastal Georgia. I am a little biased but I think it is one of the most beautiful places on earth. As the child of an Army Officer, I have traveled extensively and lived in other locations but I was born in this area, my family is from here & South Georgia has and will always be “home” for me.

After college my husband and I settled in Savannah and in 1995 migrated to Richmond Hill looking for the best place to raise our child. If you don’t know already, we have an awesome school system. I speak as a parent, not a Realtor. My oldest daughter started in the school system here in the 2nd grade and graduated in 2005 from RHHS. She is now attending a local college. My younger two daughters are currently in the 2nd and 4th grades. Richmond Hill is not only a beautiful place to live, it is truly a “community”. Check out the recreation fields on a Saturday afternoon. You’ll see your neighbors and their kids all having a great time!

Richmond Hill truly offers the best of both worlds, close enough to Savannah for convenience and yet far enough away to offer a slower pace for living the “good life.”. It’s no secret why it is one of the fastest growing communities in the state.

My promise to you is simply to give you my best. I will make myself available day or night. My goal is to make the exciting, yet stressful, home buying/selling experience as smooth as possible.
